crayon seascape

So I was thinking yesterday that I should do more left-hand drawings because it gives me a greater sense of accomplishment when I actually draw something decent-looking (xD), so I broke out the crayons (because I seem to prefer using crayons when drawing left-handed... maybe it's just 'cuz that's what I started out doing left-handed drawings with?) and separated the blues and purples from the rest of the colors because that's what I wanted to use as my base colors, and randomly started making some sweeping strokes with a blue crayon at the bottom of the page and thought, "Hmmm... looks almost like water", so I kept with that theme and drew a seascape kind of thing(?).

Definitely not the greatest, but hey, I was drawing left-handed with crayons! Lol. I had fun with it, anyways.

Just a random note... I used the lavender crayon in absolutely everything in the picture, even the "sand" (which, by the way, didn't show up very well at *all* due to my scanner's apparent bias against certain colors).

For once, I actually find the "shadow" effect that the scanner gave to the top of the picture kind of... cool. Rather than annoying, as I usually find it.
